Where do social problems begin?

In the worst cases, they begin in the womb and the brain—in the first 1000 days. Counting, 270 days of brain development in-utero + 730 days in the first two years. This worst scenario occurs if there is heavy metal poisoning present in the mother, stored in her bones and organs. Her child forms from her body, especially bone. The presence of lead begins before the child is born with severe effect to brain development and IQ, attention-span, to name a just a few elements of potential life-tragedies befalling the weakest, the most innocent of the world. A child developing with lead poisoning from birth is disabled in every sense of the word.
